Packaging
The box says enough.
A reflective silver presentation box, built to protect the pair and to make the reveal worth something. Finished with the signature orange pull-tab, with a soft pouch and a cleaning cloth inside. Keep it — a return has to come back in its original packaging, accessories included.

Materials & craftsmanship
- Frame and lens materials for NOVA are still being confirmed with the maker, so they are not listed here yet. We would rather say nothing than guess — ask us at hello@eyezneverlie.com and we will tell you what we know before you buy.
- What we can promise about the build is in the warranty: six months against manufacturing defects — frame breakage, lens defects, and hinge or coating failures that are not wear-and-tear.
- Every pair ships in its own EYEZ box. Keep it if there is any chance they go back: a return has to arrive in its original packaging with the accessories.

Care & maintenance
- Rinse with clean water before wiping — dust on a dry lens is what scratches it.
- Dry with the microfibre cloth only. Paper, sleeves and shirt hems are abrasive.
- Store them in the case. Face down on a hard surface is how a lens gets marked.
- Keep them out of a parked car. Sustained heat is what loosens hinges and lifts coatings.
